Kenmore and Westside Church

Two sites better together.

Kenmore and Westside churches have long been connected, sharing a common history, affiliation, region and overall mission to reach the people of the west side of Brisbane  

The original site at Kenmore branched out to form a church in the Centenary area in the 1980’s (Centenary Church of Christ). Over time, the Kenmore campus closed, with attendees moving over to Centenary, catalysing the rename to Westside.   In 2019 the new Kenmore Church was planted on the site of the Churches of Christ Qld main campus and has thrived. 

Both fellowships are in discussions about the potential and process of planting a new church on the site at Jamboree Heights.

There is much yet to be confirmed but the excitement is growing about the missional potential of a young planting team working from such a wonderful location.
